Tuesday: First day of class and another play

I was excited to get to class for the first time. We are in a beautiful old building just a step step away from our flats. I finally stopped and took a picture of them:

We are on Hyde Park Gate, which is directly off Kensington Road. I am on the ground floor in the back. Very Nice. This is a street sign that is just around the corner from us:
Kensington and Chelsea
It is a privilege to live here, since it is one of the wealthiest neighborhoods in the country. Since I wouldn't know anything about that, I'll just say it is one of the most beautiful areas I've ever lived in!

And a shout out - Xenia, I found a perfect place for you and Josh to come to!
Xenia Hotel
Doesn't it look so inviting!!

That evening we went to the Old Vic Theatre and saw 'The Caretaker'
Review of 'The Caretaker'
It was a good drama, presenting ideas on what it means to be responsible for self and others, with a few good laughs thrown in.

  1. I researched the Xenia hotel. They have resorts in a few places around the world including some in the US.

I can't imagine living with so many people so close. Colorado has spoiled me.

    1. That's as good a reason as any to try something new! It's busy on the streets, but there are hidden quiet spots around every corner!
